Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the PicMe app and website ("Service"), operated by PicMe. For international (non-Korea) orders, payments and refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

1. Nature of the product

PicMe sells digital photo products — finished, edited image files delivered to you for download in the app. These are digital goods delivered electronically.

Because the product is a digital file generated and delivered to you, refunds may not be available once the finished photo has been successfully delivered and downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law or in the cases described in Section 2. Dissatisfaction with stylistic preferences alone may not qualify; please contact us and we will try to make it right.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at help@picme.kr with your order ID (and the email used for purchase). For international orders, you may also request support directly from Paddle via the receipt/billing email you received, or at paddle.net.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For international orders, the refund is processed by Paddle and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
