This Privacy Policy explains how PicMe ("PicMe", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PicMe app and website (the "Service"). We are the data controller for your personal data processed through the Service.
Your uploaded photo is processed using automated and AI-based image-editing systems to generate your result. Processing is performed to fulfill your order.
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with Paddle (payments/Merchant of Record for international orders), with cloud infrastructure and processing providers (e.g., for storage and image processing), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
We retain photos and order data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal/accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
PicMe operates from the Republic of Korea, and your data (including via service providers such as Paddle and cloud providers) may be processed in other countries. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
